Cresthaven Ashley consists of 8 individual corporations. These corporations were formed as the different phases of the development were completed. There are seven villas corporations. The unit owners own their units and share of the property in their villas. The size of the share depends on the size of their unit. Each villa has a Board of Directors who is elected by the unit owners. The Master Association which is responsible for the management of the Clubhouse and common areas is a Board of Directors which consists of one director from each of the seven villas. The Villas Board President represents them on the Master Board (CAMA).

Our Property
There are 59 residential buildings, 16 wash (laundry) rooms, one community center and one maintenance building on the 5.5 acre Cresthaven Ashley property.
The residential buildings each have their own address and vary in size from 4 to 10 units.
